This month I was offered another assortment of books, none of which sparked my interest too much. Now that Vine have increased their reviewing % limit I have to be more selective with what I go for- books generaylly take longer to digest and review than say, a DVD so unless it is a book I really want those choices will be on the back-burner for the next few months. The books offered ranged from Biography (The Voluntourist: A Six-Country Tale of Love, Loss, Fatherhood, Fate, and Singing Bon Jovi in Bethlehem ) to Crime Fiction (The Nightmare By: Lars Kepler); from exam guide (AS Level Chemistry for AQA: Student Book By: Richard Parsons) to Fantasy The Mongoliad: Book Two (The Foreworld Saga) By: Neal Stephenson, Erik Bear, Greg Bear, Joseph Brassey, E.D. deBirmingham, Cooper Moo, Mark Teppo). There was even a Torchwood Audio story.
My only pick this month thoug was a pair of GHDs: ghd Peacock Collection Green Limited Edition Gold Series Classic Styler Hair Straightener Gift Set. These will be handy as a backup for one of the long-hairs who hang around da place. Again it looks like a very unique product, at least from a packaging standpoint although I can’t think of many people who would frequently buy assorted GHD straighteners. Prove me wrong, Ladies and Longhairs!
